For those who have reached out directly or commented on social media platforms, we would like to re-state our refund policy here on our website. We have extended the event to work around weather and grounds conditions to best accommodate everyone involved. We state very clearly as its own checkbox that our tickets are not refundable. You are welcome to wait until the day of the trail or even when you're in line to purchase the tickets online, but the purchase is not refundable and every purchase has been made very clear to our guests. All 7 local non-profits have worked collectively throughout the year to make this event happen and are doing every single thing within our power to make this event a safe and great event. We hope this provides further clarity.
