CT TACO FESTIVALWe wish to provide some clarity to all regarding the June 30th event held in the park, CT Taco Festival. We rented to park to VAP Events for CT Taco Festival. This event was clearly marked at the entrance to the park for over a month, and we, Harrybrooke Park, did not organize or run this event. While in support, we provided parking assistance, this event was absolutely not a park event. This is not to defend or condemn any actions, but simply provide the clarity to the public that it was an outside rental of the park and not a Harrybrooke Park Event.
If there are any concerns as to how the event was run or further requests, VAP Events and CT Taco Festival should be contacted. We appreciate the calls, messages and e-mails of support of the park, and we will strive to bring you a variety of park events on 7/15 with the Big Jeep Thing! - A third year park event. Thank you all for the inquiries, questions and feedback. As a private non-profit park we strive to try new things to raise dollars for the park. Some work. Some do not. We take all of the input we can to move forward. We certainly appreciate your honest feedback. Nov 2017 - Run Santa Run 7 brings holiday joy and fitness together for the community.
